Echoes of the Old Railway

Step back in time and explore the beauty of Sarajevo’s surroundings on the Ancient Rails Adventure – a journey along the old Austro-Hungarian railway leading from the heart of the city toward Pale.

This scenic e-bike tour offers a complete experience of Sarajevo, combining history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes. Ride through forested hills, cross old railway bridges, and follow peaceful paths over Trebević Mountain all the way to Brus, where the cycling part of the tour ends.

After leaving the bikes at Brus, enjoy a pleasant walk to the Trebević cable car, and relax on your descent back to the city with stunning panoramic views.
